As part of areas of cooperation agreed between IEA, IEF and OPEC and included in the 12th IEF Cancun Ministerial Declaration, a workshop on energy markets and a forum on regulation - took place in London in November 2010. These are expert workshops. They are under the Chatham House Rule.
